Post WWII Civilian Occupation(s): After his discharge, he attended St. Louis University in St. Louis, Mo., where he graduated cum laude. After graduation he worked for the Boatmen's Bank of St. Louis for a short time. He then came to Stevens Point to work at Sentry Insurance, becoming vice president/treasurer. After 17 years, he left in the 1960s to become vice president of Broward National Bank in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. He also was vice president of Kidder Peabody Brokerage firm.
