|Post WWII Civilian Occupation(s):||Harris owned and operated a construction company and was responsible for building many local businesses and homes. His accomplishments include the Woodland Museum and many of the buildings at Sam Smith's Boatyard. He retired after working many years for Mrs. Joseph Campbell at Leatherstocking Farm.
He joined Otsego Lodge No. 138 in 1945. He was a member for over 50 years. During that time he served as Past Master of the Otsego Lodge No. 138 from 1994-1997. He also joined Otsego Chapter No. 26 Royal Arch Masons. He is the Senior Past High Priest of Otsego Chapter having served in 1954. He belonged to Otsego Council No. 87 Royal and Select Masters of the Cryptic Rite in Oneonta as well as Otsego Commandery No. 76 in Cooperstown. He was also a member of the Valley Shrine Club.
He had many interests including dancing, listening to music, golfing, snowmobiling, hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Wedocandors Hunting Club, National Rifle Association, Red Creek Valley Grange No. 1583, The American Legion Post No. 579 and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

|Comments:||He was happiest spending time with his wife and children. His family fondly remembers Sunday afternoon jeep rides and picnics in the woods overlooking Otsego Lake.
Mr. Clark passed away February 24, 2003. He is buried at Lakewood Cemetery in Cooperstown.
