Explore Coastal Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast and discover this region's connections to aerospace history in support of the New England Air Museum.
Our trip begins with a morning departure from the New England Air Museum. We'll travel north to the McAuliffe Shepard Discovery Center for a private tour before heading to Strawbery Banke Museum for lunch and a guided tour. After checking in to our accommodations at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside, we'll enjoy a group dinner before retiring for the evening.
After a hot breakfast at our hotel, we'll head across the Piscataqua River to Kittery, ME for an exclusive guided tour of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. After a group lunch in Kittery, we'll continue north to scenic Portland, ME. Once you've checked in to your accommodations at the Westin Portland Harborview in the heart of the historic waterfront district, this seaside city will be yours to explore. Dinner will be on your own.
After a hot breakfast at our hotel, we'll travel to the Maine Maritime Museum for self-guided exploration, a Shipyards and Lighthouses cruise, and a group lunch. We'll then head to Owl's Head Transportation Museum for a guided tour of their extensive collection. After checking in to our accommodations at the charming Country Inn at Camden Rockport, we'll enjoy a group dinner at a local restaurant before retiring for the evening.
After a hot breakfast at our hotel, we'll enjoy an interactive cruise of Camden Harbor aboard a working lobster boat where guests can bait and set real lobster traps. We'll end our time in Maine with a group lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to the New England Air Museum, arriving at approximately 7:00pm.
Cost for Museum members: $1,750 per person single occupancy; $1,350 per person double occupancy
Non-members add $100 per person.
$500 per person deposit required
Fees include complimentary parking at the New England Air Museum; departure breakfast pastries and coffee; three nights stay in three-star accommodations with complimentary Wi-Fi; two dinners, four luncheons, and three hot breakfasts; all museum and attraction fees; luxury motor coach transportation with onboard restroom and Wi-Fi; bottled water and snacks; all taxes, fees, and gratuities. This trip is limited to 19 participants and requires REAL ID to access the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
