Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing:

The 58th BW, 468th BG was a great outfit with a top-notch Commander, Colonel Jim Edmundson. For a 21-year old ex-farm boy, it was an awesome, if sometimes frightening, experience. I've had opportunities through the years to share these WWII experiences with my four children, fourteen grandchildren, high school students, church groups and civic organizations. And my chest swells with pride each time I have the opportunity to share.
