Thoughts about service in the 58th Bomb Wing:   Closeness to friends - long time relationships, especially being on a flight crew Patriotism and discipline taught to me Camaraderie among the flight, maintenance and support people War is hell and all efforts should be made to settle disputes peacefully before striking each other. Very proud about being assigned to a military unit which really brought about the end of that terrible war.
