Arthur was employed at First National Bank for over 25 years retiring in 1984 as vice president. He previously was a controller for Catholic Family Insurance. Arthur was an active and dedicated member of St. John Nepomuk Church, a member of the American Legion and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Throughout his life, Arthur enjoyed his trips with his family to their cabin in Canada. He also enjoyed spending winters in Florida.
