Graduated with degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and then Vanderbilt University in 1951. Shortly after graduation, he began work with General Electric's Power Transformer division and spent 35 years with GE in Pittsfield.
He was an accomplished gardener and avid reader who remained interested in the world around him throughout his life. His mathematically-inclined brain could figure out how to fix just about anything [except maybe his grandchildren's I-pods]. |
