Mr. Reynolds had been an educator, originally teaching in Plattsburg (N.Y.) State Teachers College from 1946 to 1950. He was then principal at Kingsington School and from 1951 until 1955, he was the principal of the Cumberland and Cuttermill Schools in Great Neck, Long Island, N.Y. From 1955 until 1962, he was director of elementary instruction for the Great Neck Public Schools. Until his retirement in 1974, he was the director of curriculum for Scarsdale, N.Y.

Mr. Reynolds passed away June 25th 1996. He is buried at Mountain View Cemetery, Cambridge, VT.
