Post-WWII Military Service:

Attended George Washington University, graduating in 1951 with a BA in Journalism. Recalled to active duty on December 7, 1951. Flew B-29's, KC-97's, d B-47's while in SAC, and also completed a tour in Germany as a missile launch officer with the 38th Tactical Missile Wing. Following a tour in Vietnam, he retired as a Lt. Colonel in January 31, 1969.

Post-WWII Civilian Occupation:

He began San Antonio Silver Recovery Inc., which he continued to operate until 2007.

Comments:

Mr. Dean passed away June 2, 2008.  He is buried at the Mission Burial Park North in San Antonio, TX
