Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing:
I know Sheldon never forgot his time in India, Chengtu, China, and Tinian. We went to first CBI reunion in 1975 and many more after that. Renewed old friendships. Sheldon was ill 8 months and during that time spoke often of his stay in CBI theater. He died as a result of cancer on 7/13/96. S/Leah Dante
