| Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing: |
| I flew with the crew of King Size as co-pilot in June of 1944 to Yawata. After that I flew 2 or 3 more times with the same crew, then the crew got broken up. Morris went to Wing HQ, some quit, some got sick and some went home to train more crews. I didn't have a crew after that and flew where needed. I believe I was the first pilot and also the youngest to finish my missions. ----- I can't believe I did it! |
