Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing:
I remember fire-bombing Tokyo in 1945 on my birthday.  After the war I brought our dog and bear back with me to the States. I gave the dog to our co-pilot's wife and the bear to the doctor's wife. She put the bear in the zoo.
