| Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing: |
| I always felt it was an honor and a privilege for me to have served with the 58th Bomb Wing (the first B-29 Wing in combat). My fondest memories are of the friends and acquaintances of my squadron (some of whom did not make it through the war). Now in my 87th year, I still maintain contact with my first Co-Pilot. This means a lot to me. |
