| Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing: |
| I was only with the 224th medical dispensary attached to the 58th Wing. Our job was to keep and dispense medical records to the 58th Bomb Wing of the 20th Air Force. I can remember giving shots to the 58th Wing and setting up a knee syringe with a big needle to draw off fluid. This was about 8 inches long. I would wave this to the troops and have them stay in line. Just having some fun until a fellow passed out. I stopped it then. |
