| Post-WWII Military Service: |

Reenlisted as T/Sgt. In 1946 and recalled as a Captain in 1947 flying B-29's and B-50's with the 2nd Bomb Group. At Yokota, Japan, he was the Commander, 343rd Bomb Sqdn., 98th Bomb wing and flew 22 combat missions over North Korea. A tour at SAC HQ and five years as a B-52 pilot rounded out a 23-year military career. |
