Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing:

Very proud to have been a Pilot and fly the B-29. Was fortunate to have circumnavigated the earth in B-29 courtesy of Army Air Corp. Was circling over the Battleship Missouri when the peace treaty was signed ending WWII. Have stayed in contact with some of my WWII friends and that is "priceless."

Story of my toughest mission during WWII is told in the enclosed write up. (A copy of the article is on file in the 58th Bomb Wing Memorial office.)

Mr. Soulis passed away on October 4th 2013 and is buried at Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.
