Stayed in USAF Reserve until 1973. Served as "Liaison Officer for USAF Academy" for many years. Went to Academy two weeks a year of active duty. Retired as a Lt. Colonel. |

| Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing: |
| Very proud to have been a Pilot and fly the B-29. Was fortunate to have circumnavigated the earth in B-29 courtesy of Army Air Corp. Was circling over the Battleship Missouri when the peace treaty was signed ending WWII. Have stayed in contact with some of my WWII friends and that is "priceless." |
