Thoughts on the 58th Bomb Wing:
My main thought about being in the 58th was how I can stay alive. My last mission was flown on Aug 14, 5 days after Nagasaki and Hiroshima were atom bombed.

My daily activities during my tour was associated with the 468th Bomb Group. Therefore I bonded with the 468th. I never saw members of the other groups which comprised the 58th Wing.
