Released from active duty at Lowry AFB on August 16, 1951.

Started Boeing, Quality Control Engineer, Electronics Flight Line, B-47s. Emerson Electric Field Service Engineer and Environmental Test Engineer, Electronic systems, B-58, Resident Engineer Nike Base construction, Utilities Engineer, Electric, Water and Sewer systems. Last 20 years, Senior Staff Electrical Engineer, Electric Power Generation, Trans- mission and Distribution Systems Registered Professional Engineer in State of Missouri. Retired January 17, 1989.

Mr. Browngard passed away January 25, 2008 and is buried at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal, MO.
