After the war Ralph started a successful candy business in 1946 with his father Charles, and brother Ike, and was able to run the company for nearly 15 years. In 1960 he moved his family to Manhattan Beach, California, and started another successful candy factory.

Mr. Hall passed away June 6, 2011 and is buried at Midway Cemetery, Midway, UT
