This Fiat A.12 engine is a 6 cylinder, in-line, liquid-cooled engine. Rated at 300 hp, it was used on reconnaissance aircraft such as the S. I. A. 7B, Fiat R-2, S. A. M. L. S2 and the Caproni Ca 46 bomber. A total of 13,260 units were produced between 1916 and 1919.

This engine is located in the Military Hangar next to the de Havilland Beaver.
