Bradley Field, The First 25 Years
The New England Air Museum in Windsor Locks has just re-printed its book titled Bradley Field, The First 25 Years. The book was first published in 1998 and the first and second printings have sold out. The book is a result of more than four years of intensive research including dozens of interviews. It is 92 pages long, bound, printed on glossy paper and includes 98 photos dating from 1941 to 1966. It relates the story of the Airport from the years preceding World War II to its official re-naming as Bradley International Airport in 1966
